Vineyards can be the perfect location for a wedding and Italy renowned wine regions can provide elegant wine resorts, breathtakingly beautiful historic estates and glorious scenery combined with excellent wine and food.

Here is a sample of a wedding ceremony and reception set in the spectacularly beautiful and historic Roero vineyard area in the hills of Piedmont, north-western Italy.

The vineyard landscapes of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato in Piedmont are so unique that they have been granted the status of UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is favorably located 1 hour from Turin airport and 2 hours from Milan International airport.

12:00/12:30 Guests arrive at the estate. - parking area available

12:00/12:30 Welcome cocktail for arriving guests. - external courtyard

12:45 Ceremony on site commences. - vineyard

13:15 End of ceremony. Congratulations, Aperitif and Canapés. Guests mingle, family & group photosThe Bridal Party departs for formal photos on the grounds.

15:00 Guests are seated for lunch. Bride and Groom enter reception and are welcomed and seated. Lunch is served. - restaurant dining room

16:45 Cheese and dessert buffet service garden 18:00 Bride and Groom cut the wedding cake. - garden terrace area

18:30 Dragées (the traditional Italian confetti are almonds with a hard sugar coating) presented on a table.- restaurant dining room

19:00 Bridal Dance - The Bride and Groom open the dance floor with the first dance, - restaurant dining room

19:00 Rum, cigars and chocolates. - served outside in smoking area

23.50 Last drinks are served. Bar closes, last dance. Guests depart.
